There are two timeframes that need to be factored in when considering how long your order will take.
The first is the production time and the second is the shipping time. We've outlined times below.
Production times:
Please note that all framed fine art prints and canvas prints take 10 business days to produce by our framing team in Melbourne. Public holidays aren't included in this time so need to be factored in to your calculations.
Unframed paper prints take three business days.
Wallpaper takes 5 business days.
Shipping times:
Once made, your order will be shipped with the best courier service available for your area. Delivery times typically take 4-6 days, but can run longer than this if you live in a regional area, WA, NT or Tasmania.
Delays are unfortunately occasionally inevitable, no matter which freight service we're talking about. They mainly occur at peak times like the end of the year but can occur year round.
Occasionally, parcels will be delayed while in transit.
If you're trying to get information from the courier company, the best thing to do is contact Shippit support for more information. You can do this from your Shippit tracking page which is linked to from your 'Your order has shipped email'.

This product has a stronger adhesive than some other peel and sticks on the market, which means it's Australian-summer proof as it won't slide off the walls on hot days.
We can't guarantee that removing the product from the walls won't cause damage to the walls, as it depends on the prep done to the walls.
It's suitable for application on plasterboard walls, glass and mirrored surfaces.

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.
Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.
Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.
On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.
If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier. You can do this by logging a help request with Shippit on your tracking page.

In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@iheartwallart.com.au with your order number and any relevant details.
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at hello@iheartwallart.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.
We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot produce framed fine art prints or stretched canvas prints to custom sizes at this time.
We do have a larger size option for canvas prints than is listed, with 120x160cm being the largest we can do. Please email to arrange a quote for this size, as we need to assess shipping options as this size can be difficult to ship to many areas.
If you're looking for a larger size artwork than offered, we can offer artworks split over several smaller panels as a solution.
Please contact our team to discuss splitting an artwork.
We offer free shipping for all orders in Australia as our standard shipping option.
Orders shipping outside Australia are subject to shipping charges, which are applied at checkout.
Please note our free shipping service will involve booking the the most affordable courier service to your area and typically be with either Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please or Allied Express (we don't use Sendle ).
While we understand people have preferences for certain services, we cannot offer a choice of couriers under our free shipping service. If you wish to use a certain courier, please contact us prior to order to arrange a quote.
All deliveries are sent Authority To Leave. If you are concerned about this, please contact us for a quote for premium shipping prior to order.
If you aren't happy with these freight services, or aren't happy to chase up your own package in the event of a delay, we can offer premium shipping services but this must be arranged prior to ordering.

Shippit is not a freight company itself, but a third party solution that consolidates shipping information for the different freight companies we use, and offers support.
You can lodge a support request via Shippit on your tracking page, or by contacting the shipping company directly. We recommend lodging via Shippit in the first instance.
Your tracking page will show which courier company is being used for your order, and your tracking number for that company. You can additionally contact the courier company directly, using their order number, and lodge an additional request.
Some of the courier companies offer phone support. Click here to find a list of Aramex depots with their numbers.
Unfortunately, we have ceased shipping to the US.
For other countries, we can arrange international shipping or local production using a network of international production partners.
Please email hello@iheartwallart.com.au to arrange an international order, providing information about what print type you're looking for (ie, a canvas print or a paper print, etc) and where you're based for more information and a quote.
Unfortunately, we can't sell or distribute our artwork files for printing through other providers or personal use.
